Took an hour for delivery when I love less than 5mind away .1 of my orders was short 2 pieces of chicken.Ask for ranch and extra sauce online and called to confirm got all blue cheese no extra sauce .Had to call and explain to 3 people 1 being the chef that My order was short .Waited another hour for the driver to come back open the box 2 pieces of chicken and 1 ranch Insult to injury I got food poisoning Fuck Bill Batemans Express I will NEVER or from there again!! The only reason they got a star is because I had too

Delicious crab pretzel. Great environment, ordered at the counter, sat down, and was delivered my meal by a friendly man. They had TV's like a sports bar and movie posters of movies made in Baltimore.

Bateman's expands again!! This location is really tucked away off Middle River Road...I didn't know it was even open until a year later. It is usually dead in here, so we will get take-out a lot if we are craving wings. Don't let the word "express" fool you though...they have a ton of seating, and the place is decorated in Baltimore Film memorabilia. Only complaint was the trashy smell. They claim it is Vince's Crabhouse next door, but crabs don't smell like trash. Not sure what was up with that. Felt like I was a Buffalo Wilds Wings of White Marsh, which always smalls like a dumpster....wings and trash, hmm. Staff was friendly and didn't mind dealing with my pain in the butt "I have to custom order everything" friend. they obliged without attitude!

Bill Bateman's is actually a great place to go eat wings in my opinion. Ive been to the Towson location a few times and enjoy the food but this express location was disappointing. The service was great but the food was lacking, my kids didn't even eat their pizza. I'm not one to complain much but these wings were overcooked and my wife's original wings were so dry they looked like chicken box wings the sauce was almost invisible. I honestly think this was just a one time miss being as though all my visits to other locations were pleasing. Lets get it together BB Express!

I've been here for sit down and carry out and always had a pleasant experience. The service has always been grate and they are always fast to prepare my food. The buffalo chicken cheese steak is great and so is the crab pretzel.

There isn't a thing that comes out of a Bateman's that I don't like. We had an express near my home growing up in Abingdon, and the original restaurant in Bel Air is fantabulous. The menu has grown smaller over the years but I'd bottle Bill's sauce in hot minute. And the wings? Boy howdy!!! When we purchased our home in Middle River, I won't lie, the fact that a Bateman's was within walking distance didn't hurt the prospects of putting in a bid on the place we now call home.
